The New Inn, Clapham (North Yorkshire)

The hotel offered warm, excellent food and a great choice of amenities. The rooms were nicely set up but quite cramped, lacking some basic furniture. The service was top-notch and very accommodating to guests' needs. The location on the edge of Yorkshire Dales was beautiful for outdoor activities. The dining experience, while good, could be improved to match the overall standards of the place.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully turned out, providing a very comfortable stay, but it didn't quite meet our usual standards at the Inn. The staff, however, were amazing and promptly moved us to another room described as a luxury double, without any hassle.

For a post-Christmas break this year, the hotel offered stylish, smart, and spotlessly clean rooms with all the modern conveniences. The service, although very pleasant and helpful, felt slightly disorganized. The location was excellent for walking in the North Yorkshire Dales area, opposite a charming pub, with scenic walks nearby and easy access to the A65. The dining experience was impeccable, offering a range of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained with a cozy ambiance.
