Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located right in the center of a beautiful old village, offering easy walking access to the River Thames in the pretty town of Lechlade. The rooms provide a comfortable stay with a great shower, good breakfast, and plenty of choices, while the tables outside lead onto a lovely lawn. The old-fashioned brown furniture adds a classic touch to the room. The fantastic service continued throughout the night, with the manager going above and beyond, and the availability of an airport shuttle service. The location is fantastic, with the added benefit of a large beer garden by the river, making it excellent for a relaxing time. The dining experience offers delicious meals at the Lynwood bakery next door, complete with quality products and typical Sicilian options. Overall, it's a lovely stay in a charming, historic setting.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room with a double and single bed had a lovely view of the Thames, which was a bonus. The shower was great, and breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices. The large en-suite shower was a definite highlight.
The hotel is superbly located right in the center of the picturesque town, making it convenient to explore. The rooms are cozy and feature a lovely shower, but the dining experience falls a bit short in variety. The service is top-notch with attentive staff to assist you throughout your stay.
